Branch Manager / Escrow Officer

**NOT AN ENTRY LEVEL POSITION** **REQUIRES ESCROW/TITLE INSURANCE LICENSE AND EXPERIENCE** We currently have an opening for an Escrow Officer/Branch Manager with high energy, knowledge of the industry and excellent customer service skills. This position is responsible for coordinating with lenders, Realtors, buyers and sellers, preparation of documents for the closing. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: · - Prepare the Closing Disclosure, ALTA Settlement Statement and HUD-1 when applicable - Prepare daily deposits - Prepare closing packages - Communicates frequently with management regarding status of operations - Ensures that their operation is in RESPA/ALTA compliance within regulatory standards - Direction and supervision of escrow/title branch operation - Establish new escrow accounts and complete all escrow requirements prior to closing Qualifications:  - Must have 2+ years of professional, related escrow and title experience - Escrow/title industry experience required - Flexible and able to multi-task - Work within a fast-moving environment, while also driving toward clarity and solutions - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - Dynamic people skills - Strong problem solving skills Compensation and Benefits:  This position is a full-time position with a competitive annual salary and bonus structure, based upon applicant’s qualifications.
