• Ensure that external/internal regulations and policies governing data management are met, including regulations concerning security, audit and privacy
• ​Develop procedures to ensure integrity of our Oracle EBS system and databases
• Troubleshoot Oracle software and database problems on a timely basis
• Work with functional users, technical staff and extended support organizations for resolution of ERP and database problems
• Own the resolution of tier 1 level issues between Oracle and the operating systems
• Develop requirements for ad-hoc queries and reports in Oracle reporting solutions
• Assist with documenting application requirements & specifications and training materials for end users
• Assist, analyze, plan and implement data conversion of acquisition data into Oracle 
• Participate in design and testing of application/database system upgrades with users and technical staff
• Work with QA to execute test plans for implementations, modifications or upgrades
