All compensation is determined on experience and merit. Benefits Offered Paid Training and Orientation -- All training will be paid at your hourly wage Instant pay on Thursdays Continuing Education -- We provide customized, small class size educational classes with the Visiting Angel's owner, our staff and other professionals from the health care community All caregiving hours can be applied to current CNA licensing requirements Paid shadow training Paid meet-and-greet with clients Meet your clients before starting services Visiting Angels strongly believes in building lasting relationships between our clients and caregivers. To ensure that you and your client are a good fit, we will introduce you to new clients before starting services or have you shadow train with another caregiver to meet the client to learn their care plan.
