Job Description - Call Center Service Representative - June 5, 2017 - Henderson, Nevada (036205) Job Description    hours per week: 40  Description   We are currently recruiting qualified applicants for our Call Center Service Representative training classes. During the initial new hire paid training period the hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm. After the training, new Call Center Service Representatives will be assigned an 8-hour shift with rotating Saturdays.  New CSRs meeting eligibility requirements will have the opportunity to work from home following 6 months of employment!   The ideal candidates for this position will have the skills and experience necessary to:  Be responsible for handling customer service inquiries and problems via telephone for various banking departments and affiliates. Assist customers with questions regarding checking & savings accounts, loans, bank cards or other banking needs. Make appropriate referrals for other bank products and services, including commercial lending products.  Interact with other departments, clients and prospective clients. Maintain documentation and records of customer inquiries, complaints and services implemented.  Qualifications   Requires High School diploma or equivalent. Call center, customer service or other directly related experience a plus Knowledge of banking and financial services a plus. Must have solid customer service and problem resolution skills. Working knowledge of bank products and cross selling. Must have excellent customer service and sales skills. Ability to complete contact center training modules. Requires good keyboarding and communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to learn a variety of products and services for affiliate banks and departments. Requires good follow-through. Knowledge of various computer software including spreadsheets and word processing. Ability to promote and explain financial products and services.
