Position Description

Responsible for ensuring the efficient processing, verification, and distribution of received merchandise shipments. This includes supervising the receiving, stocking, and organizing of merchandise in accordance to company procedures. Also responsible for processing receipt of merchandise and noting damaged shelving or display units. Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers in locating, selecting, demonstrating, and loading of merchandise.

Job Requirements

Requires late evening, night-time, and early morning availability any day of the week. Physical ability to move large, bulky and/or heavy merchandise. Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties.

Minimum Qualifications

Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction).

6 months experience in a warehouse performing inventory handling and stocking.

Preferred Qualifications

6 months of Lowe's stocking/receiving experience.
