This is a seasonal/temporary position within Life Time. Duties & Responsibilities Greets and services members in a courteous and professional manner Maintains LifeCafe and kitchen cleanliness, including sweeping, mopping, cleaning kitchen equipment, and washing dishes Uses LifeCafe products and supplies according to department guidelines Follows recipes to ensure consistency, freshness, and quality of ingredients Preps and stocks the daily needs for the Bistro including some prep work Upholds the LifeCafe commitment which promises a menu that is good for you and delicious with service that is friendly and fast Promotes all Life Time programs, products and services Adheres to safety, team up for success prior to business security, and OSHA standards and requirements Manages the flow of food production in conjunction with the pantry, grill, and expo stations Receives orders from vendors Essential Functions Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the Cafe for prolonged periods of time Ability to communicate and exchange information with guests who have inquiries about Life Time retail /food products and services.
