SUMMARY Promotes Westgate Resorts through arranging tours for qualified potential timeshare purchasers, books room nights, sells attraction tickets, and provides concierge services in contracted locations. DUTIES Presents and arranges Westgate timeshare tour promotion to qualified guests at various contracted locations on a daily basis. Arrange and book room nights for guests that walk in to the welcome centers. Provides concierge service for contracted locations, including giving directions, maintaining updated information on local area attractions and special events, and maintaining a courteous, professional image to guests as a team member of resort. Arrange and book tours of the resort for possible timeshare sales Able to work a flexible schedule (day/hours) including weekends and holiday Able to handle cash and tickets accurately and securely Provide friendly and professional customer service Must be able to work various locations and schedules Other duties as assigned SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES No Supervisory Responsibilities QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other team members of the organization. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. REASONING ABILITIES Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Moderate noise levels are attributed to business office with computers and printers, light traffic. Las Vegas, NV specific. Will require you to work outside (in the sun) in weather/temperature conditions that can vary from 115+ degrees in the summer months to 32 degrees during the winter months.
