This is a work from home opportunity ONLY. Candidates must have a home office available where they can speak privately, without interruptions.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• We are hiring strong sales applicants to work on our Inbound and Outbound teams
• The top priority is to talk to timeshare owners, gather their relevant information and set up appointments to meet with our Consumer Advisors and start the exit process
• Proficiently use a script to maintain control of the conversation, gather clients’ pain & other information, handle questions & objections and book a solid appointment
• Position also requires making outbound calls as needed
• On-going training, role play sessions & company conference calls take place weekly to help you be as successful as possible in your position!

Hours:

• The working hours are between 9:00AM EST - 9:00PM PST (M-F) and 9:00AM EST - 6:00PM PST Saturdays (1-2 Saturday a month is mandatory)
• Full Time positions desired
• Must have a flexible range in hours listed above to work

Pay:

• Competitive hourly base for outbound/inbound is between $10-$12/hour
• Weekly UNCAPPED commissions
• Weekly and Monthly Bonuses
• Weekly pay on Wednesdays by direct deposit

Qualifications and Skills:

• Must be motivated
• Excellent communication skills are a MUST- show it from the get-go! We need people who can demonstrate they are reliable when working from home as well as quickly & efficiently communicate with the management team
• High School Diploma
• Must have a home office available
• Position is a 1099 Independent Contractor
• Familiarity with blended call dialing- both inbound and outbound
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and web meetings
• Proficient with internet-based programs
• Able to capture important information & type notes into lead pages while talking with clients
• Working from home experience preferred
