May include assignments in, but not limited to: Recreation Centers, Senior Centers, Sports Office, Cultural Centers, Park Entry Booths, Adaptive Recreation Centers, Active Adult Centers, Sports Centers/Complexes, Seasonal Camps, Aquatics Centers/Pools.
Supervision Received
Receives general supervision from higher level supervisory or management staff.

Duties include but are not limited to:
Performs a wide variety of specialized clerical and/or technical duties in support of area of assignment; may conduct research; may author technical documentation in area of assignment; tracks, monitors and reports data to full-time or part-time classified staff; prepares a variety of statistical reports; may answer phones, interact and answer questions of customers regarding programs and services.
- Minimum 21 years of age.
- Formal and informal education or training which ensures the ability to read and write at a level necessary for successful job performance.
- 1-2 years experience in field of assignment.
- Ability to perform under the lowest level of supervision.
- Ability to use proper grammar and possession of professional business writing skills.
- Skilled use in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Skilled use of Microsoft Outlook (e-mail, calendar).
- Bilingual skills are desirable.
