General Summary:
Acts as primary contact for clients, in relationship to overall policy review, expanded services and coverages as well as renewals. The CA is responsible for staying abreast of changes in clients’ lifestyle that impact coverages, conducting annual reviews of clients’ insurance portfolios, negotiating with carriers based on detailed market knowledge and presenting and recommending risk management solutions. CA’s are also responsible for new business generation by obtaining referrals and expanding relationships with current clients.
Essential Functions:
Client
  • Reviews client exposures, loss experience and current coverages and recommends appropriate product and services.
  • Presents clients with accurate market data from appropriate resources to advise and counsel oncomplex risks.
  • Provides proactive day-to-day client service by anticipating and evaluating client needs and responding to client questions and issues in person, over the phone or via email.
  • Gathers information from client related to risk management needs, financial loss tolerance and evaluate and propose a variety of solutions to manage client’s risk.
  • Creates and presents renewal proposals to existing clients and conducts annual interactive Client Advisory reviews where appropriate.

  • Conducts Client Advisory Reviews via face to face meetings. On larger or more complex clients a manager/colleague will be present.

Financial
  • Responsible for new business development of assigned book of business through referrals and networking opportunities
  • Builds relationships with clients, Marsh colleagues and centers of influence that facilitate asking for and receiving high quality referrals that become clients.
  • Accountable for client retention through delivery of exceptional client service
  • Negotiates with multiple insurance carriers to provide comprehensive coverage options for clients and prospects, while conforming with all laws, regulations and requirements governing the insurance industry.
Operational Excellence
  • Implements and maintains a quality service plan ensuring the accuracy of binders, policies, and other relevant documents.
  • Communicates client’s risk solution and binding instructions to carriers.
  • Manages client accounts receivables to ensure timely collection of premiums and payments to carriers.
  • Utilizes the Applied system in an accurate and timely manner to enter and maintain all pertinent account information
  • Ensures that all regulatory requirements are met and complies with all internal policies and procedures.
  • Escalates internal and external service concerns that other clients may also be experiencing to appropriate departments for action and prevention of further client impact.
Qualifications
Education :
College degree preferred
Experience:
1-3 years of experience required. Previous personal insurance experience preferred

Our teller’s role is to warmly welcome customers to our branch, efficiently process the customer’s request, and build trust that Wells Fargo can help them with all of their financial needs. 
We want them to know about all of our innovative services, financial education information, as well as take advantage of the relationships we provide as Wells Fargo team members. 
Every teller is part of a team that is rated first, and most importantly, on the customers’ experience with the teams’ service. Every teller has her/his own performance objectives that are based on ensuring a best in class customer experience, which includes listening to customers and helping them navigate the tools and resources that Wells Fargo offers. Our best tellers constantly go the extra mile to greet customers and provide exceptional customer service, make them feel welcome and also engage them to learn about their financial needs. Reliable attendance is essential for success in this role.
This exciting role includes:
Going the extra mile to greet customers, show them that we care, and make them feel welcome
Asking questions to learn about their financial needs and, when the customer sees the value, introducing them to other Wells Fargo team members.
Working with your manager to increase your customer advocacy effectiveness through feedback and coaching.
Processing multiple customer transactions through patience, attention to detail, and the ability to follow procedures.
Accurately maintaining and balancing a cash drawer.
Delivering upon customer needs for products such as safe deposit boxes, merchant/vault, ATM processing, bonds and coupons, foreign currency and night drop.

Qualifications can be demonstrated through relevant military experience or demonstrated leadership or goal achievement in related academic activities or internships.

Required Qualifications
  • 1+ year of experience interacting with people or customers

  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills
  • Cash handling experience
  • Customer service focus with the ability to stay positive in interactions with customers and team members
  • Experience offering products and services
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication skills including speaking clearly, succinctly, and accurately while using a pleasant tone and common conversational courtesies
  • Ability to meet or exceed performance objectives
