Overview Glass America currently has an immediate opening for a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) within our state of the art call center based in Las Vegas, NV. Qualified candidates should have at least 2 year customer service experience and be customer focused individuals. We offer competitive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K program and paid vacations. To be considered, you must be able to work Monday through Friday from 9:30am-6:30pm and Saturday 7:30am-3:30pm. You will have 1 day off during the week to work the weekend. Pay: $12.50/hr + Top Commision! The ideal candidate would possess the following characteristics: Positive attitude Strong work ethic Attention to detail Works well in a team environment Well-spoken with the ability to exhibit good judgment with good phone etiquette Able to understand, support and follow company policies and procedures Goal oriented with the intent and desire to improve customer service Responsibilities The ideal candidate would have the following experience and skills: Experience in a high volume inbound and outbound customer service call center with computer input during calls Handle customer inquiries via phone and email. Provide customers with estimates, make sales, and process orders. Document all calls and sales information. Make follow-up sales calls on all estimates that have been written and not sold. High School Diploma or GED required Excellent communication skills; oral, verbal, written and listening and attendance/punctuality Strong Computer Skills: Excel, Web based applications, Google Maps Type 40wpm Bi-lingual speaking skills a plus!
