Responsibilities and Duties (Including, but not limited to) Production of product/service quality standards and filing of reports. Assist in the on-boarding of new contractors. Processing inbound orders and accepting customer service chats simultaneously. Web Security and Fraud Prevention Contractor Management Requirements for employment consideration: Must be available all shifts. 4am - 12am / seven days a week. Must have a private, uninterrupted, quiet, dedicated, professional home office. Must have modern computer, fast cox internet and cox digital phone service with call waiting and caller ID. (service and equipment paid and maintained by employee) Must be living in the Las Vegas / Henderson Nevada area. Must have transportation for in person initial training. Previous sales experience a plus. Knowledge of the spiritual/psychic realm a plus. Capacity to memorize company guidelines and methods. Personality to remain calm and friendly while resolving customer complaints. Prior computer based, phone customer service / call center experience a plus. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally over the phone. Strong typing and computer skills a plus. Highly organized and efficient with tasks. Positive attitude and can work well with other team members and superiors. Maturity to work via telecommuting without direct management oversight. Accuracy in receiving customer information and computer keyword data entry.
