Work from Home Retention Agents encompass the skills of good Customer Service and the ability to add values and to show judgment and initiative and to accomplish job duties.
Job Duties
- Ability to respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Ability to communicate by telephone
- Ability to read, write, and speak the English language (or applicable language) to communicate with employees, customers, suppliers, in person, on the phone, and by written communications in a clear, straight-forward, and professional manner
- Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
- Ability to use personal computer and appropriate software applications (i.e. word processing, spreadsheet, cable billing system)
- Ability to apply appropriate sales techniques
- Ability to perform job at workstation for prolonged periods of time
- Knowledge of cable and telecommunications products and services
Work Experience:
- Have 1 year of customer service and sales experience in a contact center or related environment.
- Have six months of computer related experience.
- Have worked in a performance driven environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- Possess GED or high school diploma.
- Computer experience.
- Our CSR needs to be flexible and be able to work any day of the week Monday - Sunday
Our Retention Specialist will get a specific work schedule after their training period; however schedules can change based on business needs throughout the year.
