Agency Producers, Agency Owners and Customer Service & Sales.



Candidates should be licensed in property & casualty, life & health or both, have some experience in the field of insurance and possess the desired talents and attributes to learn more about the insurance industry. We are also looking for unlicensed telemarketing candidates. For those looking to start a new career, we are willing to help you with your licensing and provide all training.

As an Agency Producer, you will work for an agent, in and out of their office. It's like a "mini" agency owner. You learn more about the business while under the wing of an experienced agency owner. 
• Base pay, plus commissions and bonuses (Base pay averages $750 to $1,500 per month and is determined by the agent you work for and per your level of experience.)

Responsibilities
• As an Agent Producer with Farmers Insurance you will be calling on prospective clients and generating new sales leads while also managing new and existing customer accounts.
• Providing excellent customer service to policyholders
• Attending networking & sales events, trade shows & community events
• Educating and assisting customers

Qualifications
• Property & Casualty license and preferred Life & Health license
• Confident, self-starter who works well independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused office
• Prior experience with phone-based or in-person customer service
• Sales experience
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus!
• A courteous and professional demeanor
• Must pass an extensive background check, criminal and credit

As a Customer Service & Sales Representative, you will work in an agency owner's office providing customer service, policy information, agency support and cross selling to current customers. 
• Hourly pay plus bonuses (Hourly pay averages between $12 & $14 and is determined by the agent you work for and according to your level of experience.)
• Opportunity to earn bonuses
• Opportunity for advancement into other positions
• 40 Hours per week

Responsibilities
• Process customer payments
• Communicate with customers and navigate their insurance information
• Troubleshoot customer issues and resolve them quickly
• Cross sell additional types of policies to current customers
• Provide expert professional support to Agency Owner to help grow their business

Qualifications
• Property & Casualty License Required (Or will to get licensed within 30 days)
• Life & Health -- Currently have or willing to get licensed
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused office
• Prior experience with phone-based or in-person customer service
• Sales experience
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus!
• A courteous and professional demeanor
• Expert attention to detail
• Must pass an extensive background check, criminal and credit

As a Telemarketer, you will work in an agency owner's office setting appointments. 
• No license required
• Hourly pay averages $10 and is determined by the agent you work for and according to your level of experience.) 
• Opportunity to earn bonuses
• Opportunity for advancement into other positions
• Average between ten (10) and twenty (20) hours per week, potential 40 hours

Responsibilities
• Appointment Setting
• Prospecting
• Follow up with clients via phone/email
• General customer Service
• Answer Phones
• Support Agency Owner as needed

Qualifications
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused office
• Prior experience with phone-based or in-person customer service
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus!
• A courteous and professional demeanor
• Expert attention to detail
• Social media experience a plus
