A successful personal injury law firm is seeking a hard working, motivated, professional, and articulate individual for position as Case Manager in our Pre-litigation department. This is an exciting career opportunity with a well-regarded and growing personal injury "Plaintiff's" law firm. The position's duties include corresponding and communicating with clients, insurance companies and medical facilities. Additionally, you will be responsible for analyzing medical records, drafting letters and conducting in person and over-the-phone client consultations. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-4 years experience working in a personal injury law firm.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Ability to work and keep up in a fast-paced environment
Independent and capable self-starter who can effectively manage a case load
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to take direction and instruction from Attorneys
Strong multi-tasking ability
Ability to adapt quickly in new environments and quickly establish trust
Ability to understand legal documents and contracts
General knowledge of the Civil litigation process
Must have excellent verbal, written and phone skills
Must have strong computer skills, including sufficient knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook
Experience with legal software including Needles is a plus
Must be responsible and organized
Must be professional in all surroundings and situations
The ideal candidate must be able to begin work immediately
Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
