Call Center Representative - Inbound Quest Towing and Roadside Assistance

This is not a “telemarketing” or “sales” role.
As an Inbound Customer Service Rep with Quest, you will be speaking directly to motorists that are stranded on the side of the road. You’ll be the person they depend upon to get them the help they need — you will gather the information, assess the situation and help get a tow truck dispatched to their location.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Preferred one- year of customer service skills
  • Demonstrate Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Basic familiarity with computers and computer software
  • Ability to navigate multiple data entry systems and other relevant applications
  • Keyboard skills required
  • Ability to probe assess customer needs, and appropriately resolve issues
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer issues at a high level
  • Interested in long term employment
  • Maintain a high energy level and positive attitude
  • Verbal and written communication
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background investigation and reference checks prior to employment
  • Basic computer skills (i.e., the ability to maneuver between multiple screens quickly)
